The Security Department at East Texas Baptist University is located in office #121 in the Physical Facilities Department in the Charles E. Herrington Service Center. Mr. Bill Collins is over security which includes parking permits (obtainable in the business office), parking violations, accident/incident reports, daytime security and night time security.
